Makes a lot of sense; here, the only folks who wear ties are: (1) president
or vice-president, (2) security guards, or (3) Air Force officers.

Oh, and also: (4) visitors, and (5) people on job interviews.

Guess we need to keep all such folks under control, eh?  :-)

(Granted, most places aren't quite as casual as Rand is.  But I know that
at least some software houses are.)
