I would like to get pointers to books and articles that would have
information on the planet Vulcan and it's inhabitants.  I am
particularly looking for information concerning their mental powers
(telepathy and the like) and also information on the language and
naming conventions.

I have all of the Star Trek Novels, the Technical Manual, the
books with the episodes from both the live and animated shows,
the Star Trek Poster Books, and the Concordance.  I am really
interested in "fan" literature.

I vaguely remember seeing something once, possibly at a convention,
that had in it an article on Vulcan names but I can't remember what
magazine it was in.

Any pointers to this information would be greatly appreciated.
