Note that Security personnel do wear armor in ST-TMP and ST-TSFS.  And a
sillier, more STOOPID looking armor could not have been found!  LEATHER? (or
at least a leather-looking fabric).  Helmets that look like they came from,
"Knute Rockne, All American"?  ARGHHHHH!
