(bug food)
	I use the "top" program that was posted to net.sources a few months
ago. I have one problem with it. The "TIME" field always comes up 0.00 which
is certainly not informative. Does anyone know of a fix for it? We are running
BSD 4.2 on a VAX 750. Thanks for any help.
