I am in the process of getting used to the MH programs for mail handling.
Does anyone have some nice setup procedures or suggestions for use with MH
that you would be willing to tell me about or to share?  We're running 
ULTRIX on a VAX/750.

Also, any comments on how to make "inc" run any faster?  Or, maybe how to
use it most effectively?
