Most British magazines are used to dealing with U.S. customers and will include special information regarding ordering from the U.S. including dollar amounts and methods of payment. Generally (particularly with the current state of the U.S. dollar) it is much cheaper to buy a subscription this way than to try to buy individual copies from a dealer in the U.S. Therefore, it's worth buying a first copy from a U.S. dealer (even if it means paying an outrageous price) just to get the information on how to subscribe. - Greg Paley
