New Jersey also has this restriction.  It is presumably for safety,
but I think it stinks.  Although I have found that the price of gas
falls somewhere inbetween the full and self service prices charged in
neighboring states, I am sick and tired of having some moronic high
school dropout pump half a gallon of gas over the side of car every
time I fill up.
