I've been wondering about the effect of bicycle rust on the  insides  of
bicycle  frame.   While  surface rust is easy enough to spot, there's no
easy way to inspect the insides  of  a  frame  properly.   When  one  is
considering the purchase of a second hand frame, how much of an issue is
internal rust?
