A few more books that I have found references to:

The Misadventures of Sherlock Holmes, ed by Ellery Queen (1944)  I believe
   that the publishing of this book was stopped by the Doyle Estate and is
   very hard to get a hold of.

The Science-Fictional Sherlock Holmes, Ed by Norman Metcalf.  I have not
   seen this one either.  Anyone know of it's availability?

The Final Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, by Sir Arthur C. Doyle, collected
   by Peter Haining.  These are supposedly bits and pieces that have not
   been collected before.  Does anyone have this one?  If so, could you send
   me the contents?  Thanks.
