From "The Frugal Gourmet" o 10 eggs preheat 400 1/2 c. flour 1 t. Baking powder 1/4 t. salt 1 lb. Cottage Cheese (large curd) 1 lb. Jack Cheese 1 stick butter (melted, cooled) Mix the eggs, then add the rest of the ingredients.
