I have lots of clipped recipes from magazines and newspapers and a
solution: invest in some of those folders that protect paper and fit
into a looseleaf binder.  My mother gave me a copy of the recipes from
her Chinese cooking class this way (in a looseleaf binder), and I've
found it to be very handy.  Let's face it -- do YOU want to have to
wait for your computer to boot every time you want to make dinner?
