Keep hot until ready to use. Drench wings in melted butter and broil until crispy and fully cooked. Toss cooked wings in sauce and put back under the broiler just long enough to glaze the sauce. Serve with carrot and celery sticks and blue cheese dressing. Note--This is a non-standard recipe since normally the chicken wings are broiled from the start with the sauce.
