Does anyone have an outline mode (on the order of ThinkTank (tm) ) for
some Vax-runnable Emacs?

Each branch of a tree-structured document would be viewed at a chosen
level.  Each node's `mode line' would contain node name, size, date of
modification, and status (`Must be revised').  Move commands would
operate on subtrees.  It would prepare documents for troff, LaTex, and
Scribe (tm).

Excuse me if this has been brought up before; I am new to the group.
