Think a minute. If your place of employment offers tuition remimbursement, and one employee "chooses" to use that option, is s/he "bilking" the other employees that don't? There is a recognized need within the governing body that a (let's go for the gusto) righteous younger generation is necessary for the health of the nation. That some members of the society choose to bear and raise members of that generation is a personal choice, granted, but in the big picture, it is also an economic and social necessity. Perhaps it is the childless who impose on the rest of us by NOT bearing and raising persons who will become "tax paying individuals" that you feel are so advantageous. After all, the system functions with children, but it wouldn't function for very long without them. I'm very sorry kids leave beer cans on your lawn. I'll endeavor to make sure mine will not do that, even though she pays the tax on the beer that pays for your. . . . .:-) Adrienne Regard
