Ok, so what is this MCI thing anyway? In this country, the state
handles the telephone network. They do it well enough to give us
the lowest rates in the world. Or so they say...

Posting ads like that around here might even be against the law!

Oh yeah, I just remembered.  MCI is the company that bought a few
Ericsson exchanges last year.
