To whom it may concern:
	I have a copy of HHGTTG and have gotten 300 points (four
incarnations and tea).  I would like to know one of two things.  First,
how do you get the screening door open?  Second, how do you get the
hatch open?  This has about ten people here stumped.  I have heard that
you give a tool to Marvin, but I don't know which one or when.
