As other people have noted on the net, there has not been
a single article that has showed up in this area in net.sources.games.
Somebody is not forwarding this group.

I would appreciate some friendly soul passing on the latest version
or putting it in a directory where is can be uucp'ed.  If somebody
has the new version converted for System V, release 2, that's even better.
