Subject: Diplomacy Map

	I have posted a machine readable diplomacy map to net.games.pbm.
I would suggest that the pbm diplomacy game could use this map to determine
where people were. I have included everything except ownership of countries
on the first map. I am in the process of doing that now but would like some
feedback as to wether people would like to use this or not. I aslo would like
any changes that people would like to make it more useful.
