 Subject: The graphic standard PHIGS and paper on that.

	  Is there anybody who has information about where and how
	  to get paper(s) on the PHIGS graphic interface?
	  I know there exsist a propose from ANSI committee
	  X3H31 to get this as a standard, but I have no
	  further information.
