I don't recall what the letters stood for, but it was designed to annoy the operators of our IBM 360/50. The commands that I recall from it were LP - launch paper. This opened the hood on the printer, and did a whole box worth of form feeds. BSO - branch on sleepy operator. This tested the operator to see if it was a good time to try something really nasty like.. W - wabbit. Launch a task that launches two of itself. OP - order pizza. Our computer was called Fat Albert, and this command would cause a phone call to be made to a local pizza place, and a tape would order a pizza for Albert. CP- cut paper. make the printer kepp hammering on the same line long enough to cut the paper. HCF - halt and catch fire. I don't really know what this did, but supposedly it worked. CRN - convert to roman numerals. All arithmetic was done in Roman Numerals. CM - cookie monster. This would write cookie monster wants a cookie on the operators console. If the operator did not type cookie as his next input, the system would fall to its knees. Anton Winteroak
