There was a couple of guys who ripped off a house.  They were driving away
when there car ran out of gas...  Police stopped to help, ended up arresting
them when the they saw the loot in the car.

Even better, one guy was ripping off a house and while he was inside,
someone STOLE HIS CAR!  (don't know exactly how he got caught)

These are actually true stories from New Mexico: Land of the flea, Home of
the plague.
