	If you're referring to mine. I cleared this with the previous author
(after an initial misunderstanding), and waited three months to post it on
an appropriate day (April Fool's).
	If you're referring to the second copy that appeared a few days later
(with incidentally no added text except for *REPLACE THIS LINE ...) then you
have a point. The person responsible for that goof (542 lines worth) should
be feel very ashamed right now if he has any conscience.
