Copywritten material is clearly usable for non-profit *educational* and other purposes. Distribution over the net is exactly equivalent to telexing a document (interstate commerce and the like). So why not lighten up? If you're so worried about this why didn't you contact the Miami Herald (or the Fresno Bee) like you threatened the *last* time you thought up this copy write business.
