	Awhile back some folks discussed programs to check the
	accuracy of control strings in printf, scanf ...

	What I would like to find would be a program which 
	reads a list of .c files, and would check all calls
	against all declarations.  Does anyone know of such a 
	creature, or do I have to make one?
