The heads seem to need to be cleaned rather often (~ every 2-3 months). - It has a pretty good price/performance ratio. Discount places sale the Bernouilli box for about $2650 and the cartridges price rank from $50 to $150 ( these are the prices I've got so far). So I think it's worth shopping around for them. - It went through a number of major hardware revisions so beware of the compatibility between different models. - It can be very difficult to write a good driver for these devices if you have to.
