We've tried to interface an IBM PC to Mannesmann-Tally MT180L printer
in serial mode and found that unless speed is reduced to 1200 baud we
get DATA OVERRUN messages from the printer.  We've followed the 
manufacturers recommended handshaking in the cabling and thought that
we could get it to function when set to 9600 baud, but no such luck.
Suspect that the cutoff signal from the printer doesn't get looked at
by the PC often enough(?)  Any suggestions ?
