Just run macput.  The Mac will automatically know that a file is coming to
it and will go into receive file mode.  You just have to have all the
correct settings, such as 8bit, no parity, xmodem and Macintosh.  I've
used both MacTerminal and VersaTerm in this way and they both work fine.
