What does the TE-II cartridge transmit when it receives <ESC> G?
I'm trying to call a TI bulletin board system which only talks to
computers using the TE-II protocol.  Is there some answer back
message that the terminal emulator uses?  Is it still possible to
order documentation (e.g. the TE-II user's manual) through TI?
