There is a Worst Boy (Adolf Hitler) and credit is given to the author of A Tale of Two Cities (C.Dickens of course). The other major movie from the Airplane! people was Top Secret! (they love exclamation points there), and though I can't recall them offhand, they played around with the credits there, too.
