Someone told me that the use of the term "red Indian" is derogatory.  So
please substitute all such occurrences in my earlier message with "American
Indian".  For non-Indians reading this, the term Red Indian is how we are
taught to refer to them in Indian schools, though without any intent of
being derogatory.  Incidentally, if any of you non-Indians do not think
"red Indian" is derogatory, please let me know.
