Leslie Parrish played the part of Leiutenant Carolyn Palamas in 
Who Mourns for Adonais.  Everyone will remember her as the good
looking blonde in various stages of undress!

PS: Who Mourns for Adonais was the episode where the Greek God Apollo
    held the Enterprise captive to worship him.
