Any reliable source that claiming that the present day carrier is
the WWII carrier refitted must be dropped from the reliable source
list.  Have you seen pictures of the two?  Read even cursory specs?

I expect that the current Enterprise may have a porthole or two, and
other historic items from the old ship, but it's a whole new design.
Of about twice the size.
