I noticed a few out-of-date props such as the Mott's 1947 coffee pot that was early 1980 design, etc. Is there any way a mini series can be made that doesn't include SEX!!?? I really enjoyed the book, especially the character of Penny Pope but, Hollywood had to cheapen her with the Norman Grant affair. This brings to mind a similar mini-series called "Pearl Harbor: the Final Days" which featured no historical insights at all, just a few million cheating men and women who just happened to be living in and around Pearl Harbor the week of December 7, 1941. Oh well, Back to MTV. Bruce Hildenbrand ihnp4!druxj!bhilden
