Message-ID: <422@wjvax.UUCP> Date: Mon, 22-Apr-85 11:41:12 EST Article-I.D.: wjvax.422 Posted: Mon Apr 22 11:41:12 1985 Date-Received: Fri, 26-Apr-85 05:22:40 EST References: . Organization: Watkins Johnson, San Jose, Calif. Lines: 8 Recently, my VHS machine has been producing some pretty stranges noises on audio playback. Sounds sort of like a screeching parrot and there seems to be a lot of 60cycle hum intermixed. The noises created are quite a bit louder than the normal audio level. I've cleaned the heads (not with those cartridge type head EATERS) and the problem clears up for a little while. Does this mean that it's time to get the deck aligned? Any other suggestions? jeff@wjvax
