I'm trying to track down a good source of information for the
major computer networks (CSNET, ARPA along with this one).  Specifically,
I'm trying to find out how to send mail accross network boundaries
(i.e. USENET to CSNET, etc.).

I bet there would be many other people who would be interested in this
info also.  Any help would be appreciated.
