Uh, Jim;

The Vax 8600 is a monster machine.  It has about 4.0 to 9.0 times the 
throughput of a Vax 11/780 (depending on what you're doing, etc).
Ultrix is out (I'm writing this on an Ultrix system ) but not yet for
the 8600.
