We have been using the Hershy fonts for many years as a "bolt on"
to one of our graphics packages for driving pen plotters.
I have a fairly large file here on disk (around 450,000 bytes) containing
the raw stroke info.  The origin of this data is shrouded in the mists
of time and I certainly don't remember signing any "agreement" to
keep it secret in any way.  Maybe someone just typed it up from the
report.  At any rate it is certainly more than 5 years ago.
