Inside LaserWriter from Apple includes a version of the Adobe
PostScript manual.  The copy of the PostScript manual we
received from Apple as part of the beta release of the
LaserWriter has certain "CookBook" samples missing and a
different Printer Fonts section.  Specifically, the Printer
Fonts section has some Apple specific information (on fonts
only) and does not include samples of the 8 (or so) new fonts
Adobe will be (or has) released (e.g. the ITC fonts, DingBat,
etc.).

The production version of Inside LaserWriter probably includes
the information missing from the version we received; though I
wouldn't guarantee this.
