Some terminal connections have been reshuffled to maintain our
convention that 336 public terminals have numbers ending in 3.
tty53 is now the plotter terminal, tty63 is the newly-activated
sixth public terminal (the Ampex near the plotter area), and the
standup terminal has been renumbered tty73 so as to put one of
the public terminals on the fifth DH.  The tty03 port is unused
at present.
