Strings(1) has been fixed to cope properly with the possibility that
it might get fed an a.out-like file through a pipe.  It used to assume
that it could always fseek() on its input.  I've also added a -t option
to suppress the requirement that strings be terminated with a newline
or NUL.  I wanted both of these fixes when trying to sort out some
problems with tplus on Saturday.
