Well, the plotter's occupation of tty53 was short.  The tty53 port
seems to have gone bad.  The plotter has been moved to tty72 for the
moment.  The bad port will be checked over once we get our next DH
panel (due soon) and hence have a spare temporarily.  No other lines
are affected, at least none that we can easily test.
