  You haven't specified what price you consider an arm & a leg ? Your
  arm & leg might be somebody's monthly allowance :-)

  Upto $15,000 it is difficult to beat Honda Prelude or Toyota Celica GTS
  in reliability & performance. I have the latter one and am more than
  pleased.
