The claim is made that dogs do not suffer any ill effects from eating lots of cholesterol. Can anyone confirm, refute, or explain this phenomenon? By the way, this cookbook contains a wealth of nutritional information about vegetarian type foods. If you are interested in nutrition, it is worth reading even if you are not a vegetarian.
