Here's a strange idea for something to do about the people
who insist on asking you "with cheese?"  Sample conversation:

You:	I'd like a quarter-pounder, please.

Clerk:	Is that with cheese?

You:	What did you say?  I didn't hear you.

Clerk:	Is that with cheese?

You:	What did you say?

Clerk:	With cheese?

You:	What?

Clerk:	With cheese?

You:	What?

Clerk:	Oh, never mind.
