Summary: Vols. I & II Reprinted, III & IV still Classified

If this is the same four-volume set that you're thinking of, Volumes I & II
have recently been reprinted by The Aegean Park Press, Laguna Hills, CA; they
cover the basics and simpler varieties of polyalphabets.  Volumes III and
IV cover aperiodic substitution and transposition.  To the best of my knowlege
they are still considered CLASSIFIED by the U.S. Government.
