Dinsdale, in pursuance of CHA, had to arrange insurance on his
fleet of tanks for debt collection, and looking at his policy
is QUITE UPSET.  (You people better look out, he's quite angry,
we had to buy lots of nails for the weekend.)

It appears that the insurance policies available in this state do
not carry protection against the discharge of nuclear weapons,
EVEN IF ACCIDENTAL!!!!!!  (I'm sorry officer, but the destruction
of Luton was an accident.  You see, this boy was playing, and he threw
a rock at Dave, who was holding the nuclear bomb, and he accidentally
hit the trigger, and it, well, sort of exploded...)
