In analysis of Micheal Weiss's little contribution to the arts (not Ken's), the reason I thought this was a reasonably stupid article was that it didn't work on any level. If M. Weiss was serious, well, then he's just another schmuck, one of millions. If he's trying to get do satire and get a rise out of people, sorry, but it just don't play in Peoria (i.e. it ain't funny, son). If he was trying to emulate Ken, well, one can understand his youthful exuberance, but he should re-read the original article -- it dealt with Ken's Second City methods of self-defense and was, of course, written well. Can't blame you for imitating a master, just for doing it badly. Well, that's all for this week. Next week, In my X-Ray segment, I explain why all net.religion posters should be burned at the stake. "The Angels...! The angels were speaking to me! And do you know what they said?" "No... vhat?" "We are the men from Texico, We work from Maine to Mexico, We're close to you no matter who you are..."
