If you ask for a specific drink, they MUST tell you that you're getting
something else.  Coca-Cola used to wage legal warfare against even
mom-&-pop diners that didn't follow this rule.  They'd send agents out
into the field testing for this, and would sue if the (contractual,
or just legal, not sure which) requirement wasn't honored.
