A gulf coast Texas firm is looking for a Director of Systems Planning
and will pay an annual salary of $55-65K. 

U.S. Citizenship or a Permanent Resident status is required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
    *  a Bachelor's degree.
    *  8-10 years of RETAIL systems development with budget responsibility
       of 2 million dollars.
    *  5+ years of IBM MVS, CICS, IMS DB/DC, MANIS, 4th Generation Software.
    *  3+ years systems design in a retail company.

The client company will pay:  fee, relocation and interview.
