Hello,

My wife and I are in the stage where we are considering having
a child.  We would like to share the responsibilities involved and one
of the things that might make this sharing easier would be my having a
more flexible work schedule and/or working from home.

I would appreciate anyone's experiences in the computer field
along these lines.  My major questions are do these options exist,
where, and how do they work.

Also, any information about companies that maintain some sort of
associated day care setup would also be appreciated.

I would like to be able to make intelligent suggestions where I work.
